So, later today, I am meeting with a contractor, and we will be discussing videos, social media, reputation and running ads.
So, you may be wondering how I found this client, and how I got him to start paying money for marketing services.
The answer isn't too surprising, actually. It went a bit like this....
- I used a lead finding software to find contractors in the area
- I used proven email templates to get his attention
- I provided a 'results in advance' product (in this case, I used a video)
- I followed up by providing a service known to get results
That sounds easy, but of course there's a lot of details that go into those 4 steps.
