Why do I like this, well a number of reasons. Holding contests helps you..
- Build a list of excited potential clients and/or customers
- Gets a ton of attention for your business (especially local businesses)
- It gets people to take an action with you
- It gives you reasons to reach out
- It builds goodwill and fosters the need to reciprocate
But the problem is... it can also be a HUGE pain in the butt!
At Halloween, we held a contest at the escape room, to win a Nintendo Switch. It was awesome, but I had to do everything manually, which was not so fun, and very time consuming.
So, tomorrow these guys are going to be sharing a new way to do contests that is easy to set up, easy to run, manages the entires and prizes and even rewards people for signing up, and for doing other tasks (like sharing, etc.).
